"You Magnificent B@stard"

One of the great joys of being an author is seeing the creativity of readers who send comments. Today I received this word of encouragement from someone who just finished INTO THE LION'S MOUTH.

His comment started: "Loftis, you magnificent bastard, I read your book!" Because I loved the movie "Patton," and remembered the general's line about Rommel, I recognized it immediately. How could I not? It was my favorite line from the film, and remains one of my favorite quotes ever.

Following his opening remark, the reader attached the clip from the movie. Loved it. Made my day! Hope it makes yours, too!
